Somnath Temple is the name of a very ancient and historical Sun temple, located in the western part of India in the world, located in the western part of India called Gujarat. Somnath Temple is a world famous religious and tourist destination. A one-hour sound and light show runs in the temple premises from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm, in which the history of Somnath temple is beautifully illustrated. According to folklore, it is here that Shri Krishna left his body. Due to this the importance of this area increased even more.

The work of arrangement and operation of Somnathji's temple is under Somnath Trust. The government has made arrangements for income by giving land, gardens and gardens to the trust. This pilgrimage is also famous for performing Shradh, Narayan Bali etc. The special importance of performing Shradh here in the month of Chaitra, Bhadrapada and Kartik has been told. During these three months, there is a huge crowd of devotees. Apart from this, the Mahasangam of three rivers Hiran, Kapila and Saraswati takes place here. This Triveni bath has special significance.
